1. Digital Product Nature / 数字产品性质

English: Our services provide instantaneously generated digital analysis reports. These reports are created and delivered immediately upon successful payment processing. Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered, as they are immediately accessible and consumable.

3. Before You Purchase / 购买前须知

English: Please carefully review your order before confirming payment. Ensure that:

• You have entered the correct birth information
• You understand that the service provides AI-generated analysis for entertainment purposes only
• You are aware that all sales are final once the report is delivered
• You have sufficient credits or payment method ready

English: If payment processing fails and no report is generated or delivered, you will not be charged. You may retry the purchase. If you are charged but no report is delivered due to a technical error on our part, please contact us immediately for resolution.

5. Credits & Virtual Currency / 积分与虚拟货币

English: Credits (virtual currency) purchased or earned on the Platform are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits can only be used within the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or other currencies.

6. Service Issues / 服务问题

English: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased report, please contact our support team. We will investigate and, if the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will provide a replacement report or credit at our discretion. This does not constitute a refund but rather a service remedy.
